Shwmae pawb! Welcome to my website (and the first blog post on it)!
I’m going to be using this website (and blog) to: keep folks up-to-date with my research and other activities at Swansea University; as a place for maintaining my portfolio of research work; and hosting things like information sheets and consent forms for projects I’m involved with. Granted, at the moment there’s not a lot of content on here, and the website is a little bare-bones, but future me will be keeping it updated, as well as doing some improved web design.
I’m hosting this using our (kindly provided) departmental web hosting, and the website is written mainly in Markdown (with some HTML) using the Jekyll static site generator.
If you’re using an RSS reader, you can access the feed from the blog at cs.swansea.ac.uk/~gcli/blog/feed.xml; I’m also on Twitter at @muntonsi (here’s a Nitter link for those that don’t use Twitter) and the Fediverse at @genevieve@sciences.social.
If I have time between TB1 and TB2, I might write a blog post about what this year’s Undergraduate Student Colloquium (Baskerville / StuCon / fka Gregynog) was like. Most likely, I’ll post something new in the new year!
